CLEVELAND Manager, Application Support - Billing & Collection Services (BCS)

Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  The Billing and Collection Services (BCS) Application Support Manager maintains the Firm’s billing systems and related applications and provides support to end-users. The Manager works closely with the BCS Training and Support, IT, and Financial Services teams to develop, test, implement and support BCS related applications, system configurations and any required changes.  

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of SQL or other related querying tool experience.
  • Ideally, five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in application support, specifically working with law firm or other professional services billing systems, Aderant preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of professional services billing applications.
  • Experience implementing billing or financial systems software upgrades or conversions.

Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The starting salary range for this Cleveland position is $160,000 – $185,000.
