Are you a data-driven finTECH professional with a passion for reporting, automation, and business intelligence? We’re looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to support firmwide reporting initiatives and help elevate decision-making through impactful financial insights.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
• Design and maintain automated financial reports using SQL, SSRS, and Excel
• Support month-end, year-end, attorney compensation, and budgeting cycles
• Lead data integrity efforts across finance, accounting, billing, and BI dashboards
• Optimize and enhance reporting tools across platforms like Aderant, ExpertTime, BillBlast, and Iridium
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assess reporting needs and implement innovative solutions
• Act as a key liaison for BI dashboard vendors and manage dashboard design enhancements
📊 What You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Advanced SQL, SSRS, BI tools, and Excel expertise
• Strong understanding of law firm financial systems (Aderant, Elite 3E)
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in a global law firm
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
